We understand that plans can change at the last minute. While all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we aim to ensure you don’t lose out:

Credit for Future Use: If a player is unable to attend on the day, their payment value can be carried forward as a credit on your booking profile. This credit can be applied to a future paintball booking at any of our centres.

Paintball Allocations: Please note that any paintball allocations or equipment included in the package for a “no-show” player are forfeited on the day. These cannot be transferred to or shared among other players in your group.

Notification: If you know in advance that your numbers have changed, please contact our booking office as soon as possible so we can update your profile.
