You can book with confidence even if your guest list isn’t finalised. To ensure you don’t miss out on your preferred date, we recommend the following:

Secure Your Date: Book for your minimum confirmed players now. This guarantees your space at the centre on your desired date.

Add Players Later: You can easily add additional players to your booking up until a few days before your event (subject to availability).

Flexible Organising: This allows you to send out your invitations knowing the venue is already locked in. Once you have more RSVPs, simply call our event coordinators to update your group size.

Avoid Disappointment: Our national centres are popular and dates do fill up fast. It is always better to secure a small group booking early than to wait and find the date is fully booked.
